Description: Of medium height (5' 10'') and weight (165), with brown hair and dark brown eyes, and a distinctly beaky nose. Dresses in clothing befitting work most of the time and in neutral tones.

Personality: Calm and fairly quiet, though when he does speak, his words are usually eloquent and worth listening to. If he'd been more verbose, he would have made a grand harper, for his stories that he does tell are well-told and any child will stop to listen.

History: Born the only child to a Minecrafter Father and a Smith Mother at Telgar Hold, Wevern was unusually slight of build for his family, and little interested in the strength-requiring work of his parents crafts. At a very young age, he began to whittle, and to help the local woodcrafter in his shop, mostly sweeping up the shavings at first, but then helping with simple furniture making. He was sent off to the Woodcrafter Hall at the age of ten. He made Journeyman at sixteen (at which time his someday wife was only about ten) and went out, moving from small cot hold to cot hold working at making furniture where-ever he was needed. Then one winter after several turns he made his way to Bitra hold, where he met Talitha. They were married that spring, and a little over a turn later they were blessed with their first child, a daughter. They transferred after that to Cove Hold, where she had another girl a couple of turns later, followed the very next turn by a son. Talitha and Wevern were both delighted, and Talitha, not surprising to anyone, proved to be a very capable mother. Difficulties with their son's birth caused the Healers to recommend that she not have any more, however. As her children grew, Talitha began to miss having a baby in her arms, until Wevern had the perfect solution. That they open their home to foster children. So they did, and after many turns at Cove Hold, they decided to move down to Mountain Song Weyr, which was in need of Woodcrafters.
