Personality: Active, intelligent, witty, patient, observant, and firm; Streia knows her own mind, and pays attention to what others have to say. She is even-handed in situations that require it, and it's rare to see her lose her temper. She is good with people, and enjoys interacting with them. She's not afraid to get her hands dirty and pitch in with whatever work needs to be done. Streia makes a point of knowing what's going on around her, or that may involve her, and keeps up on current events and news. Diplomatic, but straight-forward. She can be frank when its called for.

History: Streia is the eldest daughter -youngest child- of a Cot Holder line beholden to Benden. With three older brothers, Streia was never in any danger of inheriting, but she's also never been found a husband. Being good with the folks on their lands, her father didn't push too hard in getting her out of the nest. Her mother was another story, sending her to every gather and every dinner held where eligible boys of good rank might be able to get a look at her. Streia 'was' noticed, but her opinions, intellect, and lack of interest in the ones she talked to usually discouraged any real suitors, though she made several friends. Her mother's taste in dresses probably didn't help either. Pretty, perhaps, but entirely too fluffy and frilly for Streia's liking. One of her brothers is a Guardsman, who works at their parents' hold, the second brother...the eldest is his father's heir. Streia, raised among the boys, is well capable of all appropriate holder-girl airs, she just chooses to ignore them most of the time. She's a lot tougher than most of those girls.
