Description:  5' 6'', with a lovely, hourglass figure with generous curves. Her hair is shoulder length, cinnamon brown, and made up of natural large curls. Her eyes are a pale icy blue, and her skin creamy and fair, without freckles. She wears skirts and blouses most often, in deep wine reds, purples, or emerald greens, often accented with lighter colors.

Personality: A fairly serious woman, Sisalia tends to prefer to spend her time being productive, be that at her craft, reading, or her hobby, embroidery. The one social activity she enjoys is dancing. She enjoys time by herself, but will also mingle in groups when things aren't too rowdy. She is proud, but not arrogant, and can't abide bravado or over-blown ego in anyone. She's practical, and not prone to letting her feelings get the better of her, but she also has a gentle heart.

History: Daughter of two winecrafters, Sisalia was raised at Benden Hold, where she learned her art from a young age. She has two sisters, one older and one younger, Nisana and Tilatia respectively. She apprenticed officially at the age of eleven, and made journeywoman at sixteen. She was sent to Fort Hold initially, and then to High Reaches Weyr at the age of nineteen. Her pleasant demeanor and excellence at her craft made her very popular, though she values her privacy. Then, during a Gold-flight, she found herself in bed with one of the losing bronze-riders, a handsome young man with whom she had just been beginning a relationship. She turned up pregnant, and when his bronze died in the plague, he committed suicide. His loss did not devastate her -they had been little more than friends before the flight- though she was, naturally, very upset at his death. A few months later she gave birth to a healthy baby boy on 2.23, whom she named Korren. She decided to raise her baby herself, though she left him with one of the foster mothers at the Weyr during the day when she was busy with her craft. 

When Brownrider M'nar and his dragon ended up at High-Reaches with amnesia, Sisalia befriended the bemused man, and they found themselves quickly growing close. When it was time for him to go home, they decided that she and her son would transfer South, to keep him company as a familiar face while he readjusted to life at Southern, and to see if there was anything more to their relationship. They were married almost immediately upon their return, and not too long afterwards found out that Sisalia was pregnant again, and soon that it was definitely multiples, as there were two distinct heartbeats heard. There were plenty of winecrafters at Southern however, and M'nar clearly preferred less crowded places. Taking the chance, and deciding not to wait for the birth of their children, Sisalia and M'nar transferred.
