Personality: He is very kind, sweet, and gentlemanly.  He adores his children and his wife.  He also loves to race runnerbeasts.

History: Raydo grew up in a small hold in the North.  His dad bred and raised runnerbeasts and Raydo picked up that love. He trained hard to become a Master Beastcrafter and loves the job.  Raydo has his own, very fast runnerbeast, Quick Feet, that he raised and trained from the time he was born.  He also has a bouncy canine, Zeken, that seems to love getting Raydo in trouble with his bounciness, although it does make him a good herding canine.  Raydo is married and has many kids, some of whom help out with the craft others of whom are fostered.  He always instilled in them a respect for dragonriders.  That respect has been passed down for generations.  His eldest girl, at 16, is hoping to become a candidate at the Weyr.

Raydo moved to the Weyr due to overcrowding and their need of a Master Beastcrafter.  He and his family love the views and never want to leave.
