Description: Nagafi has light _mocha colored skin with hazel eyes. She has short black hair that always has a curl to it, whether it's mostly straight or it bounces when she walks. She's slightly below average in height, at about 5'2", and has a fair amount of muscle on her. A lot of people are surprised by the weight she can lift. She dresses in tan colors that drastically contrast her skin tone and hair, but make practical sense for working in the kitchens. When she's not working, she likes to wear low-necked dresses in similarly light colors, with a pair of gold bracelets on her arms. She has a necklace that once belonged to her grandmother, a string of white stones.

Personality: Nagafi has a very strong personality. She doesn't like to be contradicted, and will often argue with someone until they give up or agree with her. She doesn't entirely care what other people think about her, even if it's negative. For those people that she *does* like, she'll actively stand up for them, go out of her way to help them, and in general make sure that they're happy... no matter what.

History: Nagafi was born at Fort Weyr to a greenrider, Nyula of Angyth. Nyula fostered Nagafi out for most of her childhood, sending her to be raised by the Headwoman and become a general holdbrat. Nyula made sure that Nagafi knew where she came from, including what her father had been like. Nagafi learned that her father's name was R'fes, and he was a bluerider who had formerly been a dragonhealer.

Nagafi came to enjoy all the time spent in the caverns, and eagerly dedicated herself to work in the kitchens when time came for her to choose a trade. She stayed at Fort, assisting the Master Baker, until -- unexpectedly -- she was Searched at the age of 14. She was excited to follow in the footsteps of both her parents, but found no luck with the first two clutches she stood for. Fort had too many Candidates, and Nagafi was getting frustrated. She asked her mother, Nyula, to find out where her father R'fes was. When she found out that he was at Mountain Song, she asked for a transfer.
