History: Jessa grew up as a rarity, being one of three identical triplets, each with their own personality and birthmark. She is the niece of the Holder of Wonder Rare Hold (a small hold) whose wife cannot have children. Her own parents have been trying to have a son who will be the Holder once her uncle passes on. She discovered her love of weaving and sewing by copying her mother at age 4. She apprenticed in the weavercraft when she was 9. She stayed at  her uncle's Hold until the celebration of her baby brother, the heir to the Hold's, birth. There, she and her sisters decided to try to stay together and check out the Weyr that they had only heard stories about.  They did this with their parents and Masters' blessing, the Masters obviously though that they would be returning, forgetting about the fact that Searchriders and dragons might get involved.

 All three were Searched and Jessa Impressed at her first Hatching.  Green Wefth was a friendly, fun green, always wanting to make friends. Jewela also Impressed with her, but Janna was left out until later, when Jewela and Jessa were thrilled to see her Impress at her second Hatching.
