Description: A short, slender girl, with straight mousey-blonde hair and deep violet blue eyes. She's unlikely to grow any taller, or fill out much more, leaving her with a pleasant, if subtle figure. She almost always wears skirts or dresses except for training, and even then they tend to be in femine colors. Soft blues, purples, greens, and rose hues.

Personality: Quiet, and proper most of the time, but not particularly forceful. Tends to follow the rules, and rarely gets in trouble. Very intelligent and more of a scholarly type. She *will* turn in others if she thinks they're doing something they shouldn't, but usually only if she thinks it's dangerous, or breaking a major rule. She tends to ignore those who just *bend* them. Though she'll chew them out for it personally.

History: Born the youngest daughter of a Cot Holder beholden to Bitra Hold, Hybila's upbringing was nothing short of boringly normal. She learned manners and lady-like pursuits until she Apprenticed to the Scribal craft, and went to the Harper Hall to study under the Scribes in the Hall. She was visiting Quartz River Hold with a Master when she was Searched. At Mountain Song she impressed the snobbish green Jacasth. 

Hybila spent a good bit of time as one of Kitt of Tireth's 'hangers on' amongst the Weyrlings. Kitt was the closest thing she really had to a friend, and the introverted green rider felt that was enough. Eventually she tired of the politics though, and focused more on her training, and just letting herself 'be' a greenrider. After Jacasth's first flight, she stopped worrying about things, and just lived the job. She enjoyed the freedom more than she expected, and has had a few bed-mates, but nothing permanent. She prefers not to be tied down.
