Description: Very short (about 5' 2'') with long, slightly wavy deep brown hair and fair skin. Petite, with slightly wide hips and pleasantly curvy all over in a soft, feminine way. She usually wears slightly flowy skirts and snug but whimsical tops with creatively designed sleeves in colors that vary from pastels to jewel tones, though rarely anything extremely dark, or too light.

Personality: Quiet and gentle, though with a keen mind and a quick wit that comes out occasionally, but rarely in unfamiliar company. She prefers things to be calm, and remains serene herself even in the midst of chaos. Infinitely patient, Ginnia puts work first, and romance second. At least until she found herself face to face with the Masterharper of Pern. There *is* a slightly silly romantic buried under her pragmatic exterior, but only now is it beginning to rear it's head. While not really a performer, she does write some lovely poetry, and has a soft, lilting soprano when she can be convinced to sing.

History: Ginnia was born the eighth of nine children to two healers at Lemos Hold. With so many siblings, she felt constantly swamped, and instead of raising her voice to be heard, was content to be paitent and wait for moments of quiet to speak, or simply spend some time playing by herself. She valued her privacy. With three of her older siblings going into the healer craft, she felt no pressure from her parents to do the same, and showed little inclination to do so. She briefly considered being a harper, a beastcrafter, and even the scribe's end of the harper life, until she was drawn to a particular talent and interest... the paper itself that was used by scribes and harpers. The Papercraft Hall, always eager to add to its relatively small numbers, happily accepted her as an Apprentice at the age of ten turns. While her parents didn't have a lot of spare marks - not with raising so many children - they did gift her with a wher egg when she walked the tables, who hatched into a distinct looking blue who Ginnia named Papyrus. She continued work at the Hall, as there was little call for Papercrafters to travel as Journeymen. Though Ginnia became the regular go-between between the Papercraft Hall and Harper Hall when she was put in charge of production quality. She would often talk to the Harpers and work with them regarding ways to improve the quality of the paper being made. It was on one of these trips that she happened to run into the Masterharper directly. There was an instant attraction and, over the course of several visits and "klah-dates" they discovered that their interest in each other was growing, not fading, and decided to try an actual relationship. Ginnia was pleasantly surprised to find that Bertram was really the sweet, and slightly unsure, gentleman with women that he first appeared, and has pursued him willingly, though they have both been content not to rush into anything, just enjoying each others' company, and occasionally their beds, though that pleasure has been far too rare in the opinion of both. Then, much to the disappointment of both, Ginnia was asked to move South, to Mountain Song Weyr to begin a small Papercraft Hall in the Weyr itself, working out a deal with Weyrwoman Aria for the Riders to help with distribution in that more remote part of the Southern Continent.

Ginnia and Bertram visited regularly, and Ginnia became -much to both of their surprise and joy- pregnant! She gave birth to a boy - on 3.14 - whom they named Niam at Kasitara's suggestion.

Personality: Almost as quiet as Ginnia, Papyrus is quite unassuming. Enough so that he's good at fading into the background, despite his size. He's playful though, and likes to use this ability to sneak up on people occasionally for fun.
