He understands and picks up on things quickly, but no one really knows this since he never speaks up unless called upon.  Loves working at the woodcrafters, where he can be creative and express himself without any problems.

Gender/sexual preference: male, straight

History: Gadawells and his sister, Gamawells, grew up in the North, but their family moved South with the start of overcrowding in their small hold.  His dad is a Journeyman woodcrafter and taught his son the craft.  Due to the fact that Gad is painfully shy and has a hard time connecting with his peers and other people in general, with the exception of his sister, he sometimes had to be taught off on his own.  He absolutely loves woodcarving and makes beautiful sculptures and detailing as his outlet for his inner personality.  Eventually his parents sent him off with his sister so he could study at a new place.  They had heard of Mountain Song and figured that it would be good if their son went to a Weyr in an attempt to get him to open up.  They sent his sister along as a support, figuring that she could try some healer apprenticing there as well.

Once at the Weyr, Gad and Gam were Searched and at their first Hatching, Gad Impressed bronze Brunirath, who was determined to bring him out of his shell and to "greatness."  Gad, now G'da did start coming out of his shell as his little dragon coaxed him along.
