Description: About 5’5” tall with deep brown eyes and long brown hair. She's about medium build and tanned from walking around. She also has a strange wave-like scar that spans her entire forehead. She usually wears neutral colored clothing, like browns and greens but occasionally wears brighter reds and blues.

Personality: Very naïve and gentle. Is looking for her past and gets excited if she receives any hints at all as to who she might be. She tries to help whenever she can and can be a bit strange at times. Sometimes she'll go off on strange tangents in normal conversation or just generally say strange things. The healers that she's seen have thought that this was due to her strange head injury. She also seems to have a bit of a phobia of rough-looking men.

History: Fanita has no idea who she is. She awoke in a strange cave with a hurting head and no memory. She wandered around until she discovered a hold. That’s when she was asked about her past. Having lost her memory for some reason, probably the reason her head was hurting, she was unable to answer and was given the name Fanita. She worked as a drudge until she couldn’t stand it any more and ran away from that hold, determined to find out who she was. She has no idea of her true age, only that she is between 12 and 18. She continued wandering around from place to place, asking questions about who she was. During this time she accidentally Impressed a small blue firelizard which she named Seastar. Finally she made it to Mountain Song, determined, if anything, to find a permanent place that she might be of use, even if it’s just to learn a craft. After coming to the Weyr and getting a bit of healer insight into her dreams, Fanita was Searched and worked really hard as a Candidate. When the hatching day came, she Impressed blue Mikalith, one who loved her for who she was and who would never abandon her. For the first time that she could remember, Fanita felt loved and love in return.

Once Fanita graduated from Weyrlinghood, she asked her Wingleader if she could go off and attempt to find her past. She took her friend S'rilean with her as backup, although she was hoping to NOT find the people who hurt her, only her own past and possible family. While on this trip, they did come across the raiders who had hurt her before, providing for some big trouble. Meanwhile, she had no clue that her past was trying to find her, in the form of her long-lost brother Robard, who shortly after her trip, while she was indisposed, Impressed bronze and became R'bard, still without finding her.

During her time at the Weyr, she
continued to have dreams, some of which became terrifyingly clear and graphic. After getting it confirmed that the dreams were most likely memories, she had the men from her one dream sketched and is now on the lookout for them, hoping that she will never find them. Bit by bit her past is starting to come back, but she still has a long way to go.

Pets: Seastar, blue firelizard, 2 Turns, Seastar is a lovely shade of blue, often matching the sea. He’s very friendly and loves helping Fanita with whatever she my need.
