Rank: Apprentice Harper, second son of Lord Lerral and Lady Inara of Quartz River Hold 

Description:  Has his mother's fair coloring, though is slightly more tanned, and his hair is more of a dark blonde, and curly. blue eyes (the older of the two twins by about 2 minutes)

Personality: A scamp. good natured, but tends to get into harmless trouble. Or not so much.

History: Second son - of the second and third being twins- of the Lord of Quartz River. His rambunctious curiosity have gotten him into many adventures, and misadventures, most occurring in the past couple of turns. Punished for reckless behavior a few times, Delamir took solace in hiding quietly in the Harper's classroom and working on gitar when no one was around. Journeyman Tryron caught him at it one day, and suggested to the Lord that his son might do well -and get more discipline- at the new Southern Harper Hall. Lerral and Inara agreed after only some brief consideration. Delamir, was thrilled.
