Southern Harper Hall

With all the overcrowding in the North, Masterharper Bertram made the decision to extend the Hall's efforts in the South, by creating an adjunct to the Harper Hall at Fort, allowing for less crowding and being able to better focus on the purposes of the Hall beyond merely keeping it running. Soon to be under construction, the new Southern Harper Hall will be built within Mountain Song Weyr itself, as the original Hall is within the lands that contain Fort Hold. Built up on the higher levels, it will be mostly autonomous from the daily running of the Weyr, more so as time goes on, but with the convenience of not creating another location to protect in thread fall. Some amenities will need to be shared with the Weyr for a time: the bathing pools, and the kitchens most importantly. Though this will also mean much in the way of opportunities for all the crafters in the Weyr!

The Hall officially opened in the early 9th month!
