The rules for NPCs (Non-player Characters) are much the same as for PCs. Keep it within the bounds of the theme we are currently playing. The major difference is much less detail is required for an NPC than for a PC.
If you are creating a general-use NPC please put a little more information into it than you would if you were creating one only you are going to be playing. That way people can properly play the NPC without having radical inexplicable personality changes.

Fill out the form below. Any information that does not apply to the NPC (Like candidate if they are a dragon rider or dragon information if you are a crafter or hold type) may be ignored, though you MUST check yes or no on the radio buttons for the first field in each of those catagories. Save your work. If something goes wrong with the form you may need an off-line back up. Unlike PCs NPCs do not require staff approval for the most part, though if they are wildly out of theme staff will say something and possibly remove the NPC. Leave anything blank you don't have an answer for.
