Description: Tall, thin, and lithe, with dark skin, almost the color of honeyed-klah and coarse, wavy black hair. Her body is all muscle, and her eyes a piercing black stare. Her clothing is always fitted, and functional, though well made, usually in neutrals, or dark shades.

Personality: Detail oriented and a bit of a perfectionist, Leeta likes to be in control of the situation and run things. She enjoys the power she has, and doesn’t like it threatened. She is firm, determined, ambitious, and stubborn, and is also quite the player of politics, though she tends to play things close to the chest.

History: Born the eldest daughter of Cot Holders beholding to Igen, her father a cousin of the current Lord Holder of Igen, though not the eldest child. Leeta has two older brothers, and one younger brother. She was fostered out to Igen Hold at the age of six, which suited her perfectly, as she felt she ‘belonged’ at the Hold with her ‘better’ relatives. After several turns of being told, however, that she was never going to amount to more than a good marriage prospect because of her breeding, she got it in her head that maybe she’d do better Impressing a dragon. Surely ‘she’ could get gold! So she insisted on standing for a clutch and -just as ‘she’ had expected- Impressed gold Jettath at the age of only twelve turns. Her ambition proved an asset, as she and Jettath did well at training and, once Leeta was old enough to graduate, they transferred to the Telgar outpost. When Leeta was fifteen, R’ledge’s bronze caught Leeta during a mating flight. Leeta decided that R’ledge was ‘hers’, but he was having none of that and split as soon as the eggs hatched, leaving Leeta infuriated, and -no surprise- pregnant. The child turned out to be a daughter, that Leeta actually loves and named Etana. Because of the situation however, Leeta abjectly despises R’ledge. She has focused on her work since then, and had a few bedmates, though nothing particularly romantic. She has also become the Goldrider in charge at the Telgar Outpost.

Personality: Somewhat arrogant, and cynical, she enjoys command and control as much as her rider. She also feels that all bronzes -the other males are beneath her- should be ‘hers’ to choose from at all times.
